When the test is finished it will be determined if the person has earned a Six Sigma certification or not.


Six Sigma benefits employers because they are getting specially trained employees. Workers also benefit because they will find promotions are being sent their way and if they need to search for a new job it will improve their chances of getting hired. Customers also benefit from Six Sigma since employees are trained to better service customers and create better products or services.

Cost may be the only thing keeping some businesses from starting required Six Sigma certification. Others are considering this an investment and the money it costs to have employees earn Six Sigma will come back to them through highly trained employee approaches. Work will be more productive, quick and designed to find ways to save money while customers will be satisfied making them to become loyal.
